This course provides the NSA with the skills to customize the Power BEO functionality for efficient use. After completing this course, the NSA will be able to:

• Enter tax and service charge percentages
• Modify tax and service charge percentages
• Build categories
• Attach categories to the BEO form
• Create food, beverage, and resource items
• Compile items into choice groups, menus, and resource lists
