This session reviews the menu and item entry procedures from the Power BEO Setup eLearning course. The NSA will also have an opportunity to view the Delphi Now BEO and Banquet Check forms. After completing this session, the NSA will be able to:

• Explain the format of the BEO and Banquet Check forms
• Identify the UDFs found on the BEO and Banquet Check forms
• Enter food, beverage, and resource items
• Compile items into choice groups, menus, and resource lists

• Delphi Power BEO eLearning course
• Delphi Power BEO Setup eLearning course
