Course Description:

This course provides students with the skills to enter accounts, contacts, and bookings. After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Create accounts, contacts, and bookings
  • Search for existing accounts, contacts, and bookings
  • Confirm function room and guestroom availability
  • Record activities
  • Merge contracts, proposals, and letters
  • E-mail clients from within Delphi

Students using Delphi Multi-Property Edition will be able to:

  • Identify the effects of Delphi Multi-Property Edition on accounts, contacts, bookings, and activities
  • Check availability at other properties within their cluster
  • Create bookings at other properties within their cluster

Students using Meeting Broker integration will be able to:

  • Search for referrals in their RFP Inbox
  • Create a booking from a referral
  • Attach an RFP to an existing booking
  • Forward RFPs to another property
