On-Site Training

Audience: Newmarket Systems Analyst (NSA), Sales Managers, and Catering Managers
Training Length: 2 days

Session Description:
On-site training will provide the NSA and users with instruction on topics not covered in the eLearning courses.

After completing the on-site training, the NSA will be able to:

• Determine a BEO Go Live date
• Produce BEOs and Banquet Checks
• Create additional merge documents
• Generate Delphi reports
• Manage the Delphi database

After completing the on-site training, the NSA and users will be able to:

• Use accounts, contacts, and activities for prospecting and follow-up
• Personalize the Daily Schedule
• Search for open dates using the Available Date Search functionality
