This course provides students with the skills to create BEOs in their Delphi system. After completing this course, students will be able to:

• Create single and multi-event Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Add food, beverage, and resource items to a BEO
• Attach menus and resource groups to a BEO
• Build customized items or menus
• Forecast beverage revenue
• Search for existing BEOs or Banquet Checks
• Print and e-mail BEOs and Banquet Checks
