Delphi Now NSA Track Summary

The NSA in the Delphi Now implementation is responsible for the organization and progress of the project. The design of the NSA educational track will equip the NSA to use Delphi effectively and guide other users through the implementation process. After completing this track, the NSA will be able to:

• Create accounts, contacts, and bookings
• Check function room and guestroom availability
• Record activities
• Add, edit, and delete Setup values
• Organize and direct backlog
• Produce BEOs and Banquet Checks
• Enter banquet menus and resource items into Power BEO Setup
• Create merge documents
• Merge contracts, proposals, and letters
• Generate Delphi reports
• Manage the Delphi database
