The user in the Delphi Now implementation learns to use Delphi effectively and learns what his or her responsibilities are during the implementation process. After completing this track, the user will be able to:

• Create accounts, contacts, and bookings
• Check function room and guestroom availability
• Record activities
• Enter data into Delphi during the backlog process
• Produce BEOs and Banquet Checks
• Merge contracts, proposals, and contracts
